yes, when i click on the start button it stays on the launcher but the start button dissapears

when ever i try to launch silkroad i click on the start button and nothing happens. when i click on the start button it dissapears but nothing happens Ive tried reinsatlling it and adding it to the DEP list but it dosent change anything. can someone help me please
