if* u have the sp for both hawks go for both..way fun if* u got a choice.. but over all i say the blue one is better...the lighting hawk increase damage about 1k over the blue one or sometimes the same. u can also feel the difference in attacking rating way slower..i think with the blue hawk..u hav...

go with the blue hawk and whenyou want to farm at high lv and de-lvl the masterys use the sp for up the ligth hawk. both are good but the blue is better,
