At the 110 cap chinese chars wont be able to have 3 maxed trees, so that means they'll only get 2 . Won't that handicap chinese?(pvp wise) Since you would basically have to chosse between a maxed light and a maxed cold?

Im kinda wonderin how a SPEAR nuker would do with a 9:1 raito I dont really want to go sword and shield

i already posted this in sra but i want a couple more opinions, i want to make chinese spear, 9:1 ratio light/cold. would that work in this cap, and any tips for when I pvp because I'm normally euro.
