There's no other legit way to do it.

Position your inventory window over the confirm message when you drop gold, then just spam click and the number 1.

Highest hitting STR Build is Rogue/Sub Warlock

Wizards do more damage than rogues and have huge AOE damage.

Everyone has their own concept of what is the "best" build. Its pointless to argue over it. Let people make whatever they want and lets keep this discussion topic true to the creators intention and just discuss what makes each build special and fun.

The truth is... EVERYBODY tries to KS others. I am a 2H warrior and I find entertainment in Sprint Assault + Turn Rising for the KD in order to KS a nuker. Wizards are just the best at it. Since they have such quick and powerful attacks, they can KS with ease. If I were a wizard I would do the same...
