ppl have been able to get on yet for me it still says cannot connect to server no matter wich one i try. Is it still hapening to other ppl :?: :banghead: :banghead: :?

CAN'T INSTALL SILKROAD plz help

ive downloaded atleast 4 different installers for silkroad but whenever i trie to install it it comes up with Execute File Error can can someone help me plz :? :(
