There should be a bluetooth pairing button you hold and release on the mouse that will start the pairing. You prob just have shitty gear. Add Int Str HP and MP blues to your garms and voila.

Don't disable vsync. Mouse acceleration is fine to disable, but disabling vsync will result in the game clock messing up and breaking a lot of quests.

Joymax had this, they added a room where you could buff. It's still there but disabled. That's why you can run behind the spawn into that hallway. Then they removed it because shitty noobs kept bitching about it. That and Joymax enjoys shoving it up player's ass.
