It has been ages since I designed in these dimensions. I like where my theme is going so far, does anybody have any suggestions or ideas for where to take this? As far as filling it, I would suggest finding a texture that vibes with his armor, or totally contrasts with it and introduce it as an element to support your focal, and to direct our eyes. I like the hues in the first better...but Im just a sucker for that part of the spectrum.

I see what you were going for, depth is the issue here. It looks like two swirlies on the wall that *happen* to originate from where his hand is. It does not look like he is creating or manipulating the swirlies.

1st one is fine the way it is, and is my fav.
2nd one is fine too, but if you go with it due to the linear setting of the text I would move it to the left, it feels secluded.

I like your font choice, I think the text should be a smidge more noticeable. The white border may look nice, but I would have to see it on black. If this piece were designed for display on black the border may work, but on lighter colors such as this forum I would ditch it.

I knew you would like the defeqto az I really like that font, however I find it hard to use en masse, i think with defeqto less is more.

cool idea, but Im having a lot of difficulty differentiating all the separate elements of the piece, primarily due to it being very flat and color exclusive. The grey area on the lower right makes my eyes cringe a bit, it looks like a mistake.
