just some info I learned from my SP farming.... At character level 23 and mastery level 16 (7 level difference), I was getting about 49/51 (EP/SEP) distribution. At level 24, with the same 7 level difference (mastery level 17), I get now about 51/49 points distribution. its probably even closer to 5...
