Well, i beg to differ.. I guess yall never sold anything you might want to negociate the price of, or want to display an item over 1b while waiting for offers.. And i guess nobody lives in a house or building where pple share the same wifi connection..Or ever went to a netcafe where more than 2 pple...

All of Europe has been contaminated by the IP limit plague.. But it's still easy to bypass, for the more motivated players.
And there are lots of legit reasons to need more than 2 ips, such as stalling, or just having several pple play in the same house or internet cafe..
