Formula for defense works like this:

Phys def:
phys buff defense + phys defense of all equip + phys reinforce of all equip * STR

Mag def:
mag buff defense + mag defense of all equip + mag reinforce of all equip * INT

Well, ever considered that he is actually buffed? Well, for 1star pure int spear is perfect... just onehit nuke your npc thiefs. 2 and more stars should be fine with a hybrid int spear, good at pvp against player thiefs and can tank quite some npc thiefs.

It IS fake... there is no such a thing as AR on a shield or BR25 at 95%... furthermore 60% dura increase isn't (100%) 120% is max. So not only fakes but also bad fakes.

Because of the crit 16 (78%)... sos or som can't have a crit that high at only 78%. 100% sosun crit is 19.
Furthermore the attack is unbelievable high, too much for sos or som.

In a 1vs1 the Glaiver is stronger, no doubt. Chances are high that pure int spear will be onehit since low hp and low phys defense.

the ^ means "to the power of" e.g. 2^4 means 2*2*2*2

Uhm.... you might get a sos weapon for 7 mil but for sosun you are looking at maybe 10 times of that or even more... so try going for a sos.

Hi Hybride! Well, after playing a hybrid int char for over 1 year now I think I can give you at least some hints and tips. Basically there are 2 types of int hybrids, spear or sword and shield. Spear is doing more dmg therefor faster lvling while sword/shield gives you a significant boost in defense...

I agree with cin... crit13 is a great thing, but the bad thing is that at the low lvls there are basicly 2 types of ppl... 1) They are new at the game and don't know about the stats so they wouldn't buy a crit13 for 40k when there is a crit5 for 20k 2) They are 2nd chars or at least have friends and...

Getting 116%+ balance isnt a prob at lower lvls... if you got a perfect lvl1 gear with all int3 str3 you will end up with mag AND phys at around 150% xD.
But the higher lvls you reach the lower the balance will be.... at lvl80 I think 114% mag balance is the highest u can reach.

fyi: crit 20 is only availible with glaive.... try harder next time

Hybrid!

Pure int spears still don't onehit most of the builds around its lvl but gets onehitted by many builds. Hybrid doesn't do much less dmg but the increased HP are a huge benefit.
