all server are crowded a while ago but now they are down..are they running server inspection again?

I'm currently unable to teleport or scroll with my Euro char, and as far as I can tell by reading descriptions, am not currently in any quests that ban it. Did I hit a weird bug, or is there a quest that disallows ports but doesn't show up in the description? (Lvl 24, so quests around there, 16-30)...

how about kokoru and periton are they not good for party leveling? im just asking...c",) Spawning rate ain't good. Hun defense lancers are a lot better and not much harder. yes they have good spawns but party champions and giants are very hard to kill..esp. when u are bit lower lvl than them.....
