I have tried +5 +7 +9 Glaives and at the end only the color changes but in real dmg, it is very very minimal, so if you can't kill with +5, you won't be able to kill with +7 or +9 .... all you get from +9 is a good amount of gold when you sell and the person who buy realize that it is really doesn't...
