In my opinion, I think Cleric is more useful in the Job or fortress war

i know the best gap for farming is 9 but my question is

if i have made my gap more than 9 do i will get same sp or less ?

usually ppl go for glavie full str.
i wanna ask you, what about 1:7 hybrid build? do you think it is good guild build or is it glavie full str better?
