Re: Bard/....?

I have several questions for body/soul blessing. 1)do they stay on YOURSELF after weapon switch? 2)Do they stay on your party members after weapon switch? 3)Do they stay on party members after they leave the party? Would body blessing (+phy defense) be enuf to max out for parties? considering most m...

Re: Duel Axe, subclass?

I'd say warlock. What many people dont realize is that DA's damage increases on an opponent with stun/bleed and of course the de-buffs from the warlock skills. + Also, by inflicting disease on your opponent, your warlock skills also have a better chance of inflicting status effects on them. A DA/War...

Re: Least potions using character?

Bard/Cleric or Cleric/Bard i have that build XP i DONT use any MP pots at all. when im in a party, im almost always safe from mobs because i dont tank so i dont use hp pots. i only use hp pots when im soloing with bard, i almost never get hit because of noise and i 2-hit mobs my lvl, i use healing c...

Re: [GUIDE]European Weapons Analysis: All useful except Dual Axe

One main reason why people dont play DA much is because most of the people in this game look at is amount damage dealt and the amount of damage taken. Because of this, they fail to see the advantages of other builds that have other techniques and skills that (if used right) can be powerful. These bu...

Re: aaaaaa....i cant decide

Go with 1h/Warlock. It'll do well in solo and pt. In solo -> Switch to warlock first, Debuff and DoTs will help some damage to the mob ure fighting then switch to 1H and finish it up. In PT -> Switch to warlock first, Debuff, DoTs, Curses will work out right, switch to 1H and just tank and aggro th...

Re: bards survival

Solo-wise, Bards WITH A CLERIC subclass can survive pretty well. Guard Tambour does have a chance of going off randomly everytime you get hit, which is unreliable at times. But, bards get a skill at lvl 30 that prevents this from happening as much. Resistance, i believe its called. Noise and moving ...

Re:

so bard useless for solo grind? how hard is it to get a fine harp? think everybody sells/destroys harps :S so only npc harps? (how many mp you have?) what is the most usefull buff? (you only can use 1 buff a time?) harps are easy to find. also depends on the time of day you go shopping and the serv...

Re: Bard skills....

Kitchen, although you're allowed to have an opinion, here's one reason why people bother with mana wind- mana breeze. It heals MP for the whole party, which could be easier than handclicking each person, and could even save lives if it came to that. As long as your party is big enough, the aggro yo...

Re: Bard skills....

Thanks, have been reading up on it a bit. Is there anything anyone can say is truly useless? or just not worth the points? This is just based on my opinion. feel free to disagree or agree. Mana wind - simply because you have mana cycle which heals more mp and over a period of 12 seconds. Mana wind ...

Re: Any pro bards around here?

Keep in mind, better skills require weaker skills of a certain level. If I want swing march, I need moving march, for example. They do the same thing, but one's better than the other. if someone wants the best skills, they're ultimately going to need the weaker skills. The only skills in the bard t...

Re: Any pro bards around here?

that skill that converts Hp to MP is very useful in emergency circumstances too. if you have too low mp to cast a mana cycle on yourself could be one of those situations. (im also assuming that you arnt carrying any mp pots, because i dont). Youll find that if you solo grind cycling gettings pretty ...

Errr... Temptation? Its faster to just kill two mobs then to wait for them to kill each other. Mana wind - i dont like this skill too much, its alright but i use mana cycle on other users more often than this skill. but you need this maxed inorder to get mana breeze i think (which i think is really ...

Im a pure bard in Uranus PVE solo - i dont think we have much problems because i can two shot anything up to my lvl and them not hit me. I dont even use my guard tambour sometimes because mobs RARELY get to me, because i have the noise skill (harp is same lvl as me, lvl 31 with lvl 29+2 harp = can t...

Warlock skills useless?

I was wondering, When warlocks get to lvl 50-60 and get their AoE attacks... are their lower lvl skills rendered useless now that they have their higher lvl attacks? eg. first book of burn is useless now that you get the second book of burn (which does not require the first book to be maxed at all) ...
