I found a solution to this, yesterday i got eager and wanted to change my character skin because i have the tattoo lady so i switched it to another female char skin and tried frost nova for some fun and it seemed to fix it its not delayed anymore and i have no problems since i switched the character...

5% damage increase? wow.. same as premium also 5% damage absorption? does it mean, you get 10% damage increase and 10% absorption by suit and premium? Yep thats what it is ! Also when i mentioned blues ... Its the Avatar Item Attributes such as Dmg increase, Dmg absorption, Ignore monster defense, ...

All that is for is an alternative to patching through the normal sro_client.exe !

If you run normal client and it updates and your playing already dont worry about the manual patch
