I'm now level 48 and still manage to max out the major attack skills, plus grasswalk and teleport, which will save you more time than increasing damage by puting sp into fire skil...

I have the same build as you. I would say earth taoist. Why? They carry quest item and the reward is sweet. The only thing you need to do is to wear garmet instead of armor.
