i can now access the website but i dont know if i can access the game im doing a fresh install of sro.any smartbro user pls post if u can get in game, or at least the username pwd window.thnx.

yes i think all smartbro users got banned, there is an internet cafe near my place and they also use smartbro. all units with sro installed CANNOT access the game and the forums as well. i went to another shop and the same thing ALL units with sro dont have access. 2 internet shops with almost 50-70...

if somebody can access silkroadonline.net forums pls post our problem, it seems ALL smartbro users are banned/no access even to the forums.

hmmm smartbro too? so far i heard only smartbro users getting banned (no globe or pldt). i wonder how joymax banned our ip adds.if they only ban bot users how come we get banned too?i dont bot for sure (almost 1 year playing and still lvl 66), does it mean they randomly pick ip to ban?

If they are really banning IP addresses, should they at least send a notice to those who are banned?! pls post your IP address and ISP for comparison of ip addresses. I am using SmartBro from philippines. My IP Address is: 192.168.245.250 im also having the same problem, cannot access the game nor ...
