OR, you live in a country that bans you ip range.. like me T_T

Yeah, the global servers banned ips from Japan, China, and another country. (I can't remember =P) I heard it is possible to mask your ip using a tunnel (?) program. But I really don't know what is it about =( I'm playing right now on the japanese server, but it's hard to comunicate with other people...

I live in Japan, but i'm not japanese.
And I want to play in the global server with my friends, from other coutries.

Anyone could help?
