nothing is working prperly system restore was turned off and when i opened it back and created a syastem restore point i doesnt alow me to right anythinng if u know a solution tell me and if u dont tell me how to format my pc without a cd rom cuz i dont have one and i will really appreacieted thx a...

k cool stuff and very good informations but now i havea big proble i downloaded an antivirus from about 2 weeks ago and when i tried to remove it from my pc it says(unable to uninstall bec the uninstall dat is not present) and bec of this antivirus i couldnt open msn and yaho messengers and silkroad...
