mabe try opening and closing the launcher a few times.

mabe just restart your pc...

mabe try re-installing the whole program. and thats the only advice i can think of...

You need more ram or a new video card - by the sounds of it all your virtual memory has been took up by various things - your pc is clogged. get in touch with your pc retailer and ask if your video/graphics card/drivers are out of date and ...

you will probably only need new ram - you can get that relitively cheaply. if there was anything wrong with your motherboard or cpu or anything serious like that - your pc would tell you on start up- in text format or by the motherboard bleeping.

you need to know the egsact model to get the software.

try looking underneither - does it have a barcode with small print?

Its either your RAM or your Internet connection for the lag. you might need to purchase some better ram or just use a better pc. it could also be your internet connection, if its not broadband you will get lots of lag. and your error.. use the search button - im sure somone else has gone over it...
