My Problem comes in when i tell you that i have LV 11 in Hesukal and Fire Masteries. So should i just start over with a whole new character or start farming at lvl 20?

Thanks for your input. However, I was just wondering if I should keep the character that I have now for SP farming at 16 or should I start farming at lvl 19 with a 9 lvl gap?
