what goes in to making aguild anyway gold? items? what?

just finding a guild is hard enough without people wanting like 50 k a month or something ridiculous like that and i agree wanting someone to lvl every day is kind of a high expectation

im a lvl 21-22 hyrid character looking for a guild that will not ask for huge amonts of gold not complain if i dont play frequently not mind a teenage character wont mind how nooby i am at trading thanks
