IMO, I think you should love it, somemore as a dagger rogue because you tend to up-close killing the enemy so you need more defends which sub cleric comes in. That's why Bless Spell, Recovery Division helps you alot in battle, especially against aggro mobs.

Bow ... go pure str or hybrid, it's up to you. Anyway plan your skilltree wisely.

Glavie should go pure str by any means. If want hybrid should go spear due to the magical attack in spear is higher than glavie, of course.

I think what it makes it 70:70 is because it is hybrid, a mixture of magical imbue + your phy attack power.

Glavie vs Wizard, I'll say Wizard for sure, have the ability to freeze/frostbite and fear enemy, why not.

I think even Juey has commented on this that rogue is not a tanker therefore rogue shouldn't go for cleric sub just for the defend buff instead more speed that makes him to level up and grind faster.

IMO, those "on-player" skills like scorn, tag point, just remain at lvl 1, well unless you are so frequently used it, then max them maybe.

@bigbamboo - Not bad, you got your idea. But IMO, I would probably prefer to use only rogue weapons and that's only either crossbow or dagger or both, I don't like to switch weapon just to cast stun then switch back dagger immediately. That's IMO.
