can someone explain to me the skills that are under rated such as how and when to use scorn and other skills people don't use very much and are interesting

im planning on that build too

the finishing moves need to be fast and the initial move need to be strong so the pattern i think is

main nuke
series related to the 1st book fire nuke (fastest cast time) same as book 4
lion shout

so, for way into the future the perfect build for pure int would be

150 fire
70 light
80 ice

correct me if im wrong

I would like to try a str character for once. I have always been legit. I never bot, buy silk or gold, or get plvl, and i got to lvl 58 on my int nuker. I will be humanly active with if any the characters u can give me.
