I wouldn't leave my server because it's hard to log in. Just stick to what you've accomplished, and be happy that you're in a server that has a great deal of english speaking players. My server is 90% turk, 5% PL, 2% hungarian, 1% other and 1% english. yeah.. but xian is soo crowded and 24/7 crowde...
