Log in to your account on SRO offical site ( http://www.joymax.com/silkroad/ ), click on "FORUM" link on the left side menu, click on "CHARACTER'S NAME CHANGE" link. It will open a new small window, choose your server there, then you will see all your char names in that account....

hmm, maybe all my shit has been banned. well ill eventually find out.
