i think Jade is completely right about 80:80 hybrid bow. I have lvl 76 80:80 hybrid clean(no sos.som.sosun) and i tottaly own pure str archers.glavies and bladers(with light imbue), and also i usually win in pvp with pure ints. I had pure str archer and he wasnt nearly as strong, and ok i know crits...
