They are truly everywhere in the lower levels but they all just seem to disappear at the cave/takla areas

the build that some people are thinking about is:

80 Bicheon/Heuksal
80 Light
80 Ice
60 Fire (eventually taking out fire and pumping up the other 3 mastery's)

which is the build that most people use in ksro now.
