imho those % u can get with stones sux pretty much.
they should made the alchemy system to give a random number between 0-100

9 hats
7 broom sticks
1 chest (male)

and guess what.. my char is female

With stones u can get: 0% 22% 41% 61% 80% and 100% at least that's what i've got so far.

90 prot chest: 63 parry ratio (+63% white +40% blue)

tried +6 on my 85 chest... gone... 84 legs failed +5 and tried +8 on my shield (no lucky stone and no premium :S )

i have a trick to do +7 stuff... i've got my 21th sword to +6. yet all 21 failed +7 (yes lvl 85 chinese sword) i've got 5 +6 spears (85). 2 of them got +8 and failed +9. my last 2 shields 85+5 got +7 with 2 elixirs. i forgot to count +5 to +6 fails. it's all about a ritual and a lucky spot.. Lets say, the taxes are lowered to negative 20, a player could buy a good amount of NPC gear and then resell them when the taxes are 20% positive.
