okay some theif name are in red because they do a good job. can they attack 1 star trade assuming the trader is like lvl 30? yes or no? they freak me out bc i'm unsure regarding this.

i can't find that quest for the bandit place when you get lvl30. somone tell me where he is too please?

i'm lvl30 and cant see use of the fan storm and wolf storm 0.0 tried them out and one gets block and the other gets you higer mag... for 15 sec... pointless. and you can use only one of em @ a time so basically, you should only max one?

are they gonna raise the cap higher than 300? i read the news long time ago unfortunately that they will.

is it one time stall or permantly throughout the game?

once you abandon a quest, can you go to the npc and get it again? even if you get the quest befor you are at the lvl and take it but abandon it? just curious.

w/o getting penalty points? or can only hunter kill thiefs?

I was wondering wether recovery kit can. But it's only for convoy. Is there a hp recovery med for pets?

Okay. I'm level 20 and the trade pops up... I have no idea what this trade wants. Well, the npc is Seopok so i tried find him in the bandit place SE of jangan but none and do you have to have a flag on to get it (even find npc) or no.... perhaps it's for over lvl21? Can someone tell me where this np...
