i would say warrior as a sub class for wizard.
I like using heavy armor, and is most common to find, as there are so many warriors.
I loose speed indeed, bun i can stand up against any party mob equal to my lvl, even giant party.
Only masteries on warrior, no skill.

I would advise u try warrior as sub class. Is true, u won't run as fast, u won't heal yourself, and u won't do most of other subclass that everybody recomend.
