I don't get why they are upping you cap over and over with just new gear and maybe new ranks of skills. Guess they have never thought about adding actual new content besides a leveling zone that you will only go back to to farm SP/drops.

Get to 70 in 1-3 months depending on how slow you are, get easy PvP epics and Dungeon blues and you are good to go for the xpac. No real point in raiding or rep grinds I guess. The expansion is not too soon. Nothing new until February+, and seeing as I don't raid, I just log on to BG and arena a bit...
