yea.. should i learn all of these skills or just go on to fire? like i have the lvl 5 arrow and 5 points into the bow mastery.. should i max out this or only use fire

I DONT know what im doing!!!!ok im lvl 5 and i havnt put my character points into any... in the skills iv put 5 points into bow mastery thingy and also got the lvl 5 skill and now i dont know put to put my stats into.. btw some ppl are saying i should put points into cold or fire??? help plz i want ...
