I would choose normal healing over healing division, just because healing division takes a lot more MP due to the fact it also heals another person, which doesn't help you much. Over healing maybe a little slower and heal a bit slower (like 1.5sec slower), but it cost less MP, which is more helpful ...

Bards don't have light armor passive skills, thats cleric. The thing with that though, is that you have to be wearing a cleric rod. So its basically pointless. Great stuff man. The colors are very stylish, but make it a little hard to read. If you're not up to it, I would gladly provide a different color alternative.
