i was just wondering if someone can tell me if i download the europe sro, would i be able to play my character that was made in china? if i wanted to play china and europe do i need to have both installed or does europe version have china with it also? so im not really sure if i should download euro...

well i was planning on making a pure str/fire glaive but then i decided to become a pure str/fire blader. i was just wondering if it is good or not. any suggestions?
