is it just me, or are these things just a massive waste of time? why can't they just have made 5 element drops instead of all these stupid products?

Bear in mind that once every 10-20 or so deaths you'll drop an item, so store everything valuable beforehand.

You have left out two imnportant answers. 1. Farm at around 4x 2. Farm some at Lv 16 then finish farming around 4x I did method #2 and so far it is working out wonderfully. Can someone please tell me what the effective gaps are between level and mastery please? Mine is currently 7, I know 9 is the maximum, I'd like to know what %s of xp and sp you get for each level of gap. My lvl 28 char has only 2500 sp banked, is it too late to find somewhere to farm sp for my maxim...

I been playing this for a coupla weeks now & have a few average 'keep-up' chars that suck come lvl 20 except a 40/60 str/int sword/protector dude. He's lvl 22 now scrubbing around DH for useful quests, he only gets ganked by red mobs or thieves & has killed those same lvl players dumb enough...
