I think you should just surprise a new player with the 20 mil... Divide the other things among random people....you could even organize a pvp tourney for the stuff... And then when its all said and done, delete the char. This way rich and high lvl ppl get richer and newbs like me get nothing Hell w...

New to the game, going to make a int based character. yours is.
