The Mob defense decrease is so it ignores all defenses of the monsters, for example, a level 80 can hit Lord Yarkan for te same damage he would hit a Mangyang if that 1% were to happen of course, but its a really nice ability nonetheless ^^

HE is most certainly NOT repeat NOT the strongest im at least a few lvls above him and there are lvl 56 wizzys runnin around and I have also seen lvl 52 and 53 nukers, so no hes NOT the strongest, egomaniacs I hate them
