The expansion will take long since the isro isnt even on the 9th degree and going to 10th degree will be a while and it hasnt been a year since they updated to levl 80 cap so my guess it will take aobut a year or 2 cuz people want to levl up. I think the isro will get levl 90 cap this christmas hope...
