im 13 easiest way to lose weight is just play outside EVERYday
i play for a soccer team and i come home atlike 10:30
when i left at like 4
i lost 10 pounds now i weigh 135 pounds and im 5'6
and you'll actually have fun playing outside instead of working out which is boring

i actually play soccer our team is in 2nd place and about to play knockout rounds for u13 and after this season i have to tryout to get back on the team.and currently our team is all black xD
