What the hell is a CMD? Its not CMD its cmd abbreviated as command. do this, go to START > RUN > in the open box type in cmd this wuld open a DOS prompt (Black screen) Type in ping w and hit enter. watever reply u get, post it here. A WebProxy does not allow me to log in...

IE is crap and I refuse to use it. It also will not display the page

I do not have a network provider

Can't access the SRO page

I am using Mozilla Firefox. For some reason, I cannot access the SRO page to download the Europe Client. Can anyone help me with this problem?
