ok im a rouge lvl 38, i thought ok ill make a few subclass so my rouge masteries at lvl 37, so i made my bard to lvl 20 and baught some skills. then i decided i would make my cleric to lvl 20, except when i got to lvl 16 cleric masterie it siad cannot go any higher something like that what does this...
