Need hel with build!?
I pretty new, so I wanna know what would be the best build for end game (level 70-90, when new cap raise comes out for isro) thieving and some guild war or hunting, not so much 1v1. I dont really care about leveling speed or how long it takes to sp farm. I'd join a thief guild later on and go thievi...
