ok... i have a quiseion about a wepons critical..... i have a a wepon with a crit of 15... does the crit increase the number of critical hits when u attack a mob or does it increase the amout of damage when a crirtical hit occours?

ok i am new to the game and i play in the server hercules and i am lvl 12 and i have a lvl 10 glavie (+3).....(noob question) what does the +3 mean????
