There is so much server traffic that I CAN BARELY EVER LOG ON even if it is the late afternoon on most days when it is the best time to log on. Is it botters or too many people or is it the server

There are to many botters in venice server. Every time I try to kill something a botter comes out of no where and KOs everything in the area. You have to get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!!
