*bumps this thread up* I have the same problem. I just recently (yesterday) upgraded my AGP video card from a 16mb TNT2 to a 128mb FX5200. My drivers are all updated, and all other games seem to work all right. With my old vidcard, I could see all the skins and what not ok, it just lagged like crazy...
