wut are the pro's and con's of wearing Garment or Protector for a chinese bower?

referring to Demarthl's post of his stats......is sp farming necessary to get all those skills to those levels at ur lvl?

never had this happen before.......when im in the screen where i type in my ID and PW..........rite when i click connect....it's supposed to say "Requesting user information..." and then show the screen with my characters.........but instead.......it says "Cannot connect due to server...

are there any recommendations as to which skills to raise first? and which ones to learn under each category?

i also have another noobish question.......regarding being a so called "Lightning Force Spear" master.....do i js keep putting skill points in Heuksal, Lightning, and Force? all 3?
