wth....i reinstalled for almost 10 times..!!!

i got this too, and i did not receive any help from SRO although i've sent 2(TWO) bug report to SRO!!! <I cant play SRO now!!>

Ish..this thing is really irritating me. I need solution on this thing. I'm using AVG. After the keylogger stuff come out, there is an error message that tells you that you have no permission to open silkroad.exe. altough i;m an admin. Please help
