Well, are the combos usefull at all? The only combo i was ever trying was a pretty low one on a blade but i wasnt very impressed about it at all. So i thought about not getting chain spear at all on my glavie, as it seems you can chain soul and ghost spears at higher lvls anyway ( even at low lvl so...

It wasnt meant as straight duel between the hybrid and pure str, but in general in duels. So for example vs a glavie/spear user the opponent would be on the ground a good amount of the time.

thanks for your answers so far. I ask that because if the Hybrid were be able to dish out more dmg then the pure str blade, imo he has some advantages over the pure str on 1 on 1 PvP as his opponent should be on the ground most of the time anyhow, so the survivability should be ok on the Hybrid too....
