how to set my birth place from Jingan to Donhang?

So, the only way to control my sp is level and M level?

If I have more type of skills in use( such as fire, ice, lightnig, force.....),is this posible to reduce my amounts of sp getting from killing monsters?

I am a pure STR blader, and I owned all the about my level none bladers

I am a level 31 pure STR blader with fire, lighthing, force and sword skills.
Do I need Ice skills or saving up my SP?

I belive in pure builds.
